New FortisBC New Home Rebates just announced for new home builders and developers.

Meet Step Code 4 or 5 if the mechanical system used is either: a) Hybrid dual fuel heat pump with electric water heating, or b) Combination space and water heating integrated with a heat pump. Contact ARG Energy for documentation requirements

$15,000 for Step Code 4
$20,000 for Step Code 5
$800 towards energy advisor fees
$500 towards a mid construction blower door test

2. New FortisBC home design rebate for using Integrated Design Process (IDP) for new home builds.

ARG Energy is a Certified IDP Facilitator.
