Quick Answers
How quickly can you schedule an evaluation?
Within 1-2 weeks. Urgent projects can often be accommodated sooner.
Do you provide quotes over the phone?
We can provide general pricing ranges, but accurate quotes require understanding your specific project details.
What information do I need to provide for Step Code compliance?
Project location, building type, architectural drawings (if available), and your timeline. We’ll guide you through anything else needed.
Can you help if my permit was already rejected?
Yes. We can review your rejected application, identify energy report issues, and get you back on track.
Do you work with specific contractors?
Many contractors use or refer our services to clients. As a Natural Resources Canada licensed Energy Advisor we must be unbiased and cannot refer contractors as we must evaluate their work.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer.
Still have more questions?
We look forward to hearing from you!
