EnerGuide Evaluations
Our EnerGuide evaluations establish your home’s official energy performance rating. Using blower door testing, thermal imaging, and detailed inspection, we identify exactly where your home is losing energy — and what to do about it. Every evaluation is conducted by a NRCan Registered Energy Advisor and produces a comprehensive report with prioritized recommendations.
BC Step Code Compliance
Greater Vancouver municipalities require Step Code compliance documentation as part of the building permit process. We provide pre-construction energy modeling, CSA F280 heat loss calculations, airtightness projections, and complete permit-ready documentation. After construction, we conduct blower door testing and deliver the as-built verification you need for occupancy approval.
Step Code applies throughout Greater Vancouver except the City of Vancouver. For new builds in Vancouver, the City uses Energy Checklists under the Vancouver Building By-law (VBBL) — we handle this compliance as well.
